The Mari keyboard layout is now on Mac

The Mari keyboard layout 3.1 now works on macOS. Same Russian ЙЦУКЕН base; Mari letters come with Option: ⌥+У → ӱ, ⌥+О → ӧ, ⌥+А → ӓ, ⌥+Ы → ӹ, ⌥+Н → ҥ, Shift for capitals.
